All are welcome…..walkers, joggers, fellow crips!  I anticipate riding my handcycle.  A nice active outdoor event to welcome warmer days.  Please tell family and friends.  As time goes on and this injury remains I continue to get stronger and gain independence.  It was only a year ago that completing a 5k race would seem far fetched, not anymore.  The support shown from the community has facilitated this recovery process…..thank you.

    Eric,
I just found out about this race last week when it appeared in the local paper. I’m going to be there to race it and I’m going to put the shout out to some of my club mates. Of course I also stumbled upon this blog in the process so now I can keep up with all the events. Send me an e-mail and I’ll give you my home phone number so we can keep in touch.

God bless you and your determination to strive. Keep up the great work. My son kyle has your brother as a lacrosse coach and because of him, he is continuing with lacrosse determined to be a better person and player. It must run in your family. You have our support.
